Schedule for Institute Level “On the Spot Counseling Round”
The Institute announces ‘On the Spot Counseling Round’ of admission to the various courses for filling Vacant Seats after CAP round, for the academic year 2023-2024.

Eligibility
1) Only those candidates, who have registered through CET portal and verified their Applications by Scrutiny Centre (SC), are eligible to apply through online mode in order to participate in the Institute Level Spot Round.
Instructions
1) Registration through online application is mandatory.The eligible candidates need to apply only in online mode through Google Form.
2) Candidate should attend on the spot round as per the Schedule with all the original documents.
3) In case he/she has submitted the document to other institute, where he/she got admission through CAP round; he/she should carry the original receipt of admission and the original document submitted receipt.
4) The candidate who get admission to this institute will have to pay fees as per fees structure for every Academic Year.
5) Applicant must carry the registered contact no (mobile no)
6) Only online registered (institute merit) candidate can attend the “On the spot admission round”.
7) The stages of on the spot admission round will be conducted as per guidelines given in the STATE CET CELL information brochure 2023-24 (Rule No.13)
8) These admissions will be made strictly in the order of inter-se merit amongst the candidates who report in person for admission to SGGSIE&T, Nanded against the seats available in various branches at that moment.
9) Confirmation of the allotted seat to the candidate is subject to the submission of the requisite Institute admission fees by Online/ cash / Demand Draft in favor of “Director, Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering & Technology, Vishnupuri” payable at Nanded (refer fee structure).
10) Registration Fees for Spot Round : Rs. 1000/- (Non Refundable and non-transferable)
11) Vacancy may change due to cancellations and branch change during Counseling Round.
