All the passout B.Tech. / M.Tech. students of Academic Year 2023-24 are hereby informed to fill up the online Convocation Form as per the instructions given below:

Last Date for filling:23/07/2024  with late fees (Rs 50/-) till 14th August, 2024

Candidate must fill the online application form and take the printout of the filled form. Submit the form along with necessary documents, personally at Exam Section, SGGSIET, Nanded on or before 23rd July, 2024  with late fees (Rs 50/-) till 14th August, 2024.

Enclosures to the Application form:

1. a) Payment Receipt of Convocation Application (It has to be paid through SBI Collect [https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm]under the Payment Category as “OTHER” towards “Exam Fees S.R.T. university”).
2. b) A Certified copy of the Grade Cards of all the year along with Passing Certificate.

Convocation Fees:

In Presentia – Rs. 510/-  with late fee 560/-

Note :

• Candidate must fill the online applicationform using URL - https://srtmun.ac.in/en/examination/convocation-section.html
• Take the printout of the above filled form along with necessary documents and submit personally at Exam Section, SGGSIET, Nanded on or before 07/12/2021.
• Candidates are required to write their name correctly and accurately. The DegreeCertificates will be issued as per the name written on Grade Cards.
• Names in Devnagri Script should also be mentioned properly.
• Candidates has to read the instructions of Convocation ApplicationForm given on web site of SRTM University, Nanded and document  attached herewith.

Student passout 2023 or before can directly apply to university as instructed in the attached document.
