Reporting Time for Written Examination and Interviews is 9:00 AM.

Candidates must bring all the required original documents for verification to prove eligibility before the interview. Failing to do so will cancel the candidature and he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

Candidates who have applied for the post of Associate Professor or Professor MUST bring the following documents to prove their candidature, failing to do so will cancel the candidature and he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview:

a)      Experience: Claimed experience approved by University / Director of Technical Education.

b)      Research Publications:

         (i) Hard copies of Journal publications.

         (ii) Document proving that these Journal papers are published in SCI/SCIE/SCOPUS/UGC/AICTE approved journals.

Each candidate MUST bring a passport-size (3cm × 4cm) photograph with a white background while coming for a written test/interview.

The list of shortlisted candidates on the basis of written tests shall be displayed on the website on the same day in the evening.

Each candidate MUST bring a government-approved valid photo identity card e.g. Aadhar/ Pan / Passport / Driving License, etc. while coming for a written test/interview.

Candidates who have applied for the post of Assistant Professor in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English MUST bring the following original documents for verification to prove eligibility before the interview: Graduation, Post Graduation, M.Phil. , Ph.D. , NET with JRF, NET, SLET/SET, Research publications, Teaching / Postdoctoral experience, and Awards.

Failing to do so will cancel the candidature and he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
