Grievances Redressal Process
follow the procedure of meeting the persons as per the following.
- All admission and scholarship related issues are settled now. You still can meet the concerned officer only outside your class times (if anything still is not resolved).
- In case your problems/concerns are not resolved by these authorities, you can then meet the Director for the resolution.
- Permissions on the papers to be brought while meeting the director.
- Students are advised to contact the reporting officers concerned outside the classroom/lab timings.
- Students should be in their respective departmental buildings during office hours. No one will be permitted to use administrative block in office hours on working days.
- Director will be available in his office specifically for the purpose from 500PM to 700PM on all the working days.
- Send an email atleast one day (24 Hour) in advance to pa.director@sggs.ac.in or grievance@sggs.ac.in. Or on WhatsApp message on 8788199586 So that the same may be resolved at the earliest.
- This mechanism will help us in resolving all your difficulties and facilitate your learning in a better way.
- Please report to first and second reporting officers before raising the difficulty/querry/grievance to Director.
