Following are Steps that shows How to Fill and Submit Feedback Form

Step 1:- Go to SGGS MIS <<https://sggsmis.online/Student_login>> Website and Login by college mail Id and password.

Step 2:- Go to the Subjects tab as shown below and verify your current semester subjects. If subjects are wrong then contact your respective Subject In-charge.

Step 3:- Go to the Feedback tab, as shown below and you will see all subjects. You just have to fill feedback form for all subjects one by one.

Step 4:- Answer All the questions, questions are rated between 1 to 5 stars (Poor to Excellent).

Step 5:- After submitting all the answers, click on submit button and fill next subject's feedback form.

Step 6:- After submitting all subject’s feedback forms below screen will be displayed, thats it
